Online sales have been really slow. I made only one sale over the weekend, which I am thankful for. I guess I set myself up by believing that Black Friday and Cyber Monday would be HUGE. My toys are selling well here in Portland at the shops I have them in. I just thought the internet would be so much better. You know, because of the massive amount of people you can reach all at once. Perhaps I am doing something wrong with the marketing of my craft. I welcome feedback from other crafters.
I don't think you are doing anything wrong...I have an Etsy shop and it takes awhile for people to realize you are there...plus it takes while to build a reputation.The drawback of the internet is that there are thousands upon thousands, (If not millions) of people on there doing the same thing- selling thier wares. So, it takes time and constant putting yourself out there!
