    Pink Ribbon Sampler

Saturday, January 17, 2009, 07:08 PM CST [General]

Ok, our contributor's part of the website is up and running, so anyone that's interested in contributing, go to the website, fill out the contributor's information and we'll contact you with detailed instructions.  25% of all proceeds will go to the fight against breast cancer.  I'll put my original blog below this, for those who haven't seen it yet.

    http://www.pinkribbonsampler.com/Become_a_contributor.html

We're starting a new type of sampler box, 25% of the proceeds from every sampler will go to the fight against breast cancer.  Many of you may have participated in sampler boxes.  Basically, it works this way.....you provide samples of your products, packaged nicely (after all this reflects the image of your business).  In return for your contribution, you receive advertising on our site, and your samples go out to potential customers.  This is going to work a little differently, though.  When someone purchases a sampler, instead of getting a bunch of samples that they may not want or need, they pick the samples they want.  This way your samples are going to potential customers that are more likely to purchase full size products in the future.  We'll have several different size samplers (10, 15, 20) to choose from.  These boxes will be available at all times, so no more submitting your samples by a certain date to make the deadline, once your samples start getting low, we will contact you to see if you'd like to contribute again, but there is no obligation to do so.  In this new high tech world, it can be hard for your potential customers to know the quality of all of these great handmade products, and samples are just the ticket.

All products must be packaged, have your website clearly visible, and if required an ingredient listing.  If you're interested in contributing, please contact me.  And please, spread the word on these samplers, it goes to help a great cause.   The website will be up and running in a day or two, and we'd like to get our first initial contributors on there as soon as possible.  You can donate a minimum of 5 samples but feel free to donate 10, 20, 50, however many you'd like.
