I am new here to MyCraft.com. I hope this site serves me well with my crafting. A little about me, I love to craft. I get it from both of my parents I guess. I love to paint, sew, quilt, create stuff out of "trash", and out of wood. I love my son to death and I think that he has my crafting gene too. He loves to "pank" (paint) and he loves to sit with me while I sew. Let me tell ya, not real easy to do with a 2 1/2 yr old in your lap. I self taught my self to crochet so sometimes it's not real pretty but I like it anyway. My friend and I are searching for more ways to get our craft out there and looking for our target "auidance" as some would say. Working on building my own website, which is hard and anyone who gets paid to do it, earns it. I clean houses a few days a week to help makes ends meet, but praying hard that I won't have to do that much longer. God is blessing us every day and I know that He has big things in store for us.
Anyway, that is me in a nutshell. Hopefully I will post more about what I am working on soon!

We have similar styles and I'm also a brush painter, love it but don't manage to work on regular painting so much anymore, I really miss that. I used to enjoy making signs and scenery painting.
LoriAcrylics are my favorite, but I also like watercolor. Nice to have you here, and have fun checking out all the talent here, some of the items I've seen here have dropped my jaw. People do such a lovely job of what they make with their hands and some imagination.
