Much to tell, but for the moment I just wanted to squee over the fact that Rachel Ray is both an Etsy shopper herself and just plugged the heck out of Etsy on her show today!!! (Complete with links, no less! Woo-hoo! :-D)

So many blessings in our lives of late! :-)

Hallowe'en was wonderful - we actually had quite the parade of folk coming to our door this year! It was lovely seeing all the children dressed up, including one earnest young man dressed as Obama, who, when asked, said that yes, he did indeed plan on a career in politics! I wish him the very best. :-)

And speaking of the election, I was so happy to be able to get to the polls and cast my vote again. One thing & another had kept me from it over the years, but time & place came together this time in my favor. It felt good. :-) (And as a very kyool sidenote, in the background of Obama's acceptance speech, we could see outlined on the buildings a rough outline of our logo. Who knows what it was in reality, but my huband & I took it as a sign of prosperity-to-come.)

So many personal blessings as well, including the existence of this site, but I think I should close for now and get back to work. The hollydays cometh apace, after all! :-D
