Hi everyone,

I'm hoping that someone will read this and be able to give me a good answer. What items do you think will sell? I am working on items to start up my etsy store but I seem to be having a block as to what will work. I'm making a couple of hats and I think I'll make scarflettes, scarves, and mittens, do you think it's worth the time to make clothing items such as sweaters and other tops and bottoms? I was thinking to make items baby and kids sized to start and work my way up. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The only problem with making anything for kids at this point hon is the new law that will take affect in Feb. It is about how anything sold for children under the age of 12 will need to be tested. However , I did get some info in regards to this and the exception is supposed to be if it is handcrafted here in the U.S. So I would recommend doing some research first. But children's items do very well on Etsy thats for sure. Best of luck hon :)
